Terms and Conditions
Our aim is to provide fun and creative craft activities to entertain children. Each child will take home the imaginative creations that they have made.
All the materials we use are non toxic and child friendly.
Our staff are all CRB checked and have an NVQ in Child Care.
Price (see price list)
Prices include all materials, equipment, aprons, table coverings, party bags to take home their crafts.
We have a minium charge of £100 per party which would either be an all inclusive party for 10 children or 16 children for our silver package.
We can also provide a bespoke service and these craft parties are individually priced, please contact us with your requirements.
If you need to make any changes to the party booking, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that these can be accommodated.
We will need to know final number 7 days before the party and this is the number that you will be charged for.
Payment
We can only confirm party bookings upon receipt of a completed booking form and non refundable deposit of £20.00. The final costs are required on or before the day of the event.
We can accept payment by cash on the day or cheque made payable to Caterpillar
Crafts 7 days before the event.
Cancellation terms
If you need to cancel the party you will lose your non refundable deposit
In the unlikely event of Caterpillar Crafts being unable to run the event due to a force majeure the deposit and all monies paid will be returned to you. No other compensation will be applicable.
Caterpillar Crafts accepts no responsibility for the actions of the children attending the craft party and for any consequential damages to you or the children’s property or persons owing to their actions.
Travel Costs
There may be addittional travel costs outside of our area, this will be confirmed at time of booking and are charged at 40pence per additional mile. (15 mile radius of Waterlooville, costs are included)
